Lisa Thomas has spent over 30 years inside operations — leading supply chain, procurement, and project teams at companies like Toyota, Pfizer, Koch, and TechnipFMC. She’s seen what actually breaks teams: not a lack of talent, but a lack of alignment, clarity, and leadership discipline.

Today, as Founder & CEO of Employ Mint Inc, Lisa helps organizations fix that.

By aligning how leaders are selected, how they’re developed, and what performance really looks like, Lisa helps companies eliminate hiring regret, reduce turnover, and build teams that can actually execute.

She’s also known for connecting the right people at the right level — bringing C-suite leaders together based on their strengths, needs, and shared opportunities. Because the right relationship, at the right time, can change the trajectory of a business.

Her approach combines real operational experience with structured execution — backed by PMI agile and project management certifications as well as leadership development through Crestcom’s L.E.A.D.R. for Life framework.

Lisa also serves as President of the Chattanooga PMI Board and Education Chair for The Manufacturing Forge Alliance, where she works alongside leaders committed to raising the standard of performance across American manufacturing.

With a background in journalism and a Master’s in Communication from the University of Houston, Adriana understands that most organizational challenges are not caused by a lack of talent — they are caused by misalignment.
